Spinach Raitha

Ingredients:

Yogurt 1 cup
Milk 1/4th cup
Spinach 2 cups packed
Cumin seeds 1/2 sp
Dry red chillies 2
Hing small pinch
Oil 1/2 sp oil
Salt to taste
Pepper powder small pinch or to taste




Method:

1. Wash and clean the spinach and chop them.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, red chillies, hing and then add spinach, salt and cook till all the water evaporates.
3. Now whisk the yogurt in a bowl, add milk, salt, pepper and the spinach. Mix well and serve with any rice or as a dip.
