Afghani Chicken Semi dry

1. In mixi, add 6-7 cashews and 1 tsp pepper corns  and grind.
2. Now add 4 large garlic, 1 inch ginger piece, 4 green chillies, coriander leaves handful, salt and grind.
3. Now add 2 tbsp greek yogurt, 4 cubes fresh cream and grind to smooth paste.
4. Marinate 4 chicken drumsticks with this and leave for 1 hour. 
5. You can make more gravy if u want for rotis.
6. Now add some oil in a pan, scrape off gravy from chicken pieces and cook them on all sides.  After they get brownish on all sides, you can add half cup hot water and place lid to cook chicken fully.
7. Now add the gravy and cook until done.
8. Serve hot as a starter.

Grean Pea Pasta

Boil 250g Gluten Free Green Penne pasta from Aldi by adding little salt and 1 tsp oil. Drain and keep aside. Don't throw this water. 

Pasta Sauce:
I used ripe half of medium avocado (you can try full next time), add 1 cup spinach, 1 green chili, 2 large garlic cloves, 2 small cubes paneer (around 35g), 1 tsp olive oil, small fist coriander leaves with stems , lemon juice 1 tbsp, salt, pepper 1/4th tsp powder , pasta  water and blend.

Now add pasta along with its water in a pan, add the sauce and mix well. Adjust seasoning.

Chocolate Waffles

Mash 2 ripe bananas, add 2 eggs and whisk well. Add 3/4th of half cup (93g) maida, 1 tsp powdered sugar if required, 1/4tsp baking powder, 1/4tsp vanilla essence which I forgot to add, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder mix well. I didnt add oil but u can add 1 tsp oil or melted butter if u want. Mix all and pour in greased electric waffle maker and cook for 10-12min.
