Chicken Mushroom Curry in Peanut Butter Gravy


1. Marinate chicken thighs or breast big pieces with salt chilli powder, turmeric, pepper powder, onion powder, garlic granules and mix well. Leave aside for 10min.
2. Now, take a nonstick pan add mustard oil, put chicken pieces in single layer and cook on both sides until it gets brown grill lines.
3. After chicken is cooked fully, remove them on to a plate.
4. In the same pan, add 8 garlic cloves chopped, 1 small onion chopped, now add mushrooms around 12 cut, cook until mushrooms are done.
5. Now move mushrooms aside and in the same pan,  add 2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter, 4 tbsp Soya sauce, 2tbsp chili flakes in oil, add around 200ml milk and mix well. Also add 2 tbsp parmesan cheesen and mix.
 6. Once it comes to boil, add chicken pieces, dont mix, cover and cook for 5 min, now sprinkle some mozzarella sauce and serve hot with couscous.
